「REBEL騎仕攝影比賽」規章

• 主辦單位

  • 本田技研工業（中國）有限公司主辦，燦基電單車行有限公司協辦。

• 主題及組別

  • 作品主題為「Rebel解放個性」。
  • 比賽分為2個組別，參賽組別如下
    1. 「Craftsmen 個性改裝」組別 - 旨在展示參賽者對電單車進行改裝的創意和技術，歡迎參賽者提交他們最具代表性的改裝車作品。
    2. 「Riders城市探索」組別 - 旨在通過電單車照片講述Rebel騎仕的故事，參賽者通過照片表達騎乘方式或生活態度，不論是獨自探索還是結伴同行，都能彰顥自我的風格。

• 參賽資格

  • 只要符合作品規則，任何愛好攝影及電單車的人仕皆可參與。

• 參賽方法

  • 於2025年2月28日至4月11日（香港時間23:59:59）期間，將參賽作品及留言，連同個人資料上傳報名用的Google Form。

• 獎項及得獎需知

  • 比賽結果預計於4月第3周以參賽者於Google Form選擇的聯絡方式聯絡得獎者。
  • 「Craftsmen個性改裝」組別獎項
    • BEST SHOT獎（最多1位，每位得獎者可獲3000港元的【車迷城】現金券獎賞）
    • 優秀獎（最多3位，每位得獎者可獲500港元【車迷城】現金券獎賞）
  • 「Riders城市探索」組別獎項
    • BEST SHOT獎（最多1位，每位得獎者可獲3000港元的【車迷城】現金券獎賞）
    • 優秀獎（最多3位，每位得獎者可獲500港元的【車迷城】現金券獎賞）

• 評審標準

  • 主辦單位將根據以下標準進行評審：
    • 「Craftsmen 個性改裝」組別――造型美感、創意、技術複雜度
    • 「Riders城市探索」組別――故事性、創意、質量及技巧

• 參賽及作品規則

  1. 參賽作品需含有至少一台以下Honda車型ーーRebel250/300/500/1100或Rebel (MC13)。
  2. 每位參賽者能提交最多3張照片，但最多只能1張獲獎。
  3. 參賽表格需要由攝影車的車主親自提交。
  4. 參賽作品的攝影者、被攝影者及被攝影車的車主均需同意參與比賽。
  5. 參賽作品需要在招募期結束前的2年內於香港拍攝。
  6. 參賽作品宜清楚辨別到車型。
  7. 「Craftsmen個性改裝」組別的被攝影車需要處於靜止狀態。
  8. 參賽作品不得含有以下元素：
     
     • 明顯或可能違反香港法例的圖片
     • 包含明顯非法改裝車輛的圖片
     • 含有違反法律、公共秩序或道德的行為
     • 含有對特定個人或組織的誹謗中傷行為
     • 任何包含買賣、展示或宣傳特定網站及地址的行為。
     • 任何包含社會不可接受的表達方式、歧視內容以及嚴重損害第三方尊嚴的內容。
     • 任何以招攬為目的的內容
     • 任何令人聯想到本公司品牌商標二次使用的內容
     • 侵害、或可能侵犯第三者著作權、財產及私隱的內容
     • 無法辨識的影像內容
     • 引用自其他網站、書籍、雜誌、廣告等媒體的內容
     • 不符合本活動宗旨的內容
     • 其他主辦單位認為不適當的內容

• 參賽需知

  1. 參賽作品一經遞交，即視為參賽者同意本章程及所有規則。
  2. 比賽結果以主辦單位的最終決定為準。主辦單位對本章程有最終解釋權。
  3. 參賽者於提交參賽作品予主辦單位之同時，仍擁有參賽作品之完整著作權，並同意永久授權主辦單位進行任何非商業使用任何參賽作品（包含但不限於發表、編輯、刊載及宣傳）而毋須支付參賽者任何費用。
  4. 主辦單位保留解釋及修訂活動章程的權利，如有更改恕不另行通知。
  5. 所有參賽作品中涉及之著作權、版權、肖像權、名譽權等法律責任均由參賽者自行負責。對於製作作品、參與比賽及獎金分配的任何損傷、損失及爭議，主辦單位不負任何法律責任。

• 收集個人資料聲明

  • 使用的數據
    • 申請時註冊的訊息，例如姓名、電話號碼和電子郵件地址。
  • 資料的保存期限
    • 資料會保存4個月作活動實施之用。

“REBEL Riders Photo Contest” Regulations

• Organiser

  •  Organised by Honda Motor (China) Co., Ltd. and co-organised by Chun Kee Motorcycle Co. Ltd.

• Theme and Category

  • The theme of the contest is ‘Rebel - Express Yourself’.
  • o The contest is divided into 2 categories, the categories are as follow:
    1. “Craftsmen - Personalised Modification” Category - Aims to showcase the creativity and skills of participants in modifying motorcycles. Participants are encouraged to submit their most representative modification works.
    2. “Riders - Urban Exploration” category – Aims to tell the story of Rebel riders through motorcycle photos, in which participants express their riding style or attitude towards life, whether they are exploring on their own or with a companion, showcasing their unique style.

• Eligibility

  • Anyone who is interested in photography and motorcycles can participate as long as they comply with the entry rules.

• How to Participate

  • o Submit your entry, along with a message and personal information, via the designated Google Form between February 28, 2025, and April 11, 2025 (Hong Kong Time 23:59:59).

• Awards and Winners

  • The contest results are expected to be announced in the third week of April. Winners will be contacted via the method they selected on the Google Form.
  • “Craftsmen - Personalised Modification” Category Awards
    • BEST SHOT Award (up to 1 winner, each receiving a HK$3,000 "Moto Mart" cash voucher reward)
    • Outstanding Award (up to 3 winners, each receiving a HK$500 "Moto Mart" cash voucher reward)
  • “Riders - Urban Exploration” Category Awards
    • BEST SHOT Award (up to 1 winner, each receiving a HK$3,000 "Moto Mart" cash voucher reward)
    • Outstanding Award (up to 3 winners, each receiving a HK$500 "Moto Mart" cash voucher reward)

• Judging Criteria

  • Judging will be based on the following four criteria:
    • “Craftsmen - Personalised Modification” Category - Styling aesthetics, creativity, technical complexity
    • “Riders - Urban Exploration” Category - Storytelling, Creativity, Quality and Technique

• Participation and Submission Rules

  1. Entries must contain at least one of the following Honda modelsーーRebel250/300/500/1100 or Rebel (MC13).
  2. Each participant can submit a maximum of 3 photos, but only 1 photo will be awarded.
  3. Entry forms need to be submitted by the owner of the bike photographed.
  4. The photographer, the photographed and the owner of the photographed motorcycle must all agree to participate in the contest.
  5. Entries must be taken in Hong Kong within 2 years before the end of the submission period.
  6. The motorcycle model should be clearly identifiable in the photos.
  7. The vehicle to be photographed in the ‘Craftsmen – Personalised Modification’ category must be stationary.
  8. Entries must not contain any of the following elements:
     
     • Images that clearly or potentially contravene the laws of Hong Kong.
     • Images that contain obvious illegal modifications of vehicles.
     • Content that violates laws, public order, or morals.
     • Defamatory or libellous content against specific individuals or organizations.
     • Any content involving the sale, display, or promotion of specific websites and addresses.
     • Any socially unacceptable expressions, discriminatory content, or content that seriously damages the dignity of third parties.
     • Any content that is intended to be solicitous.
     • Any content that is reminiscent of the secondary use of the Company's brand name and trademarks.
     • Content that infringes or may infringe on the copyrights, property, or privacy of third parties.
     • Unrecognizable image content.
     • Content quoted from other websites, books, magazines, advertisements, and other media.
     • Content that is not in line with the objectives of this activity.
     • Any other content deemed inappropriate by the organisers.

• Notice of Entry

  1. By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to these terms and all related regulations.
  2. The results of the competition are subject to the final decision of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right of final interpretation of these terms and regulations.
  3. Participants retain full copyright of their submissions upon entry but grant the organisers a perpetual license to use the submissions for any non-commercial purposes (including but not limited to publication, editing, and promotion) without any compensation.
  4. The Organisers reserve the right to interpret and amend the rules and regulations of the competition without prior notice.
  5. All legal liabilities related to copyright, copyrights, portrait rights, honour rights, etc. are the sole responsibility of the participants. The Organisers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses or disputes arising from the production of the entries, participation in the competition and the distribution of prizes.

• Personal Information Collection Statement

  • Data Used
    • Information registered at the time of application, such as name, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • Data Retention Period
    • Data will be retained for 4 months for the purpose of event implementation.

  • Purpose of Use
    • The organisers will keep your personal data confidential and use it solely for the following purposes.
      • Contacting participants and delivering prizes for the competition.
      • Implementing, managing, and conducting public relations activities for the event.
      • Conducting statistical surveys, market research and studies.
